SDProget Free Assistance service allows the customer to obtain technical support during:

  • product installation
  • for understanding the Software commands and interface.

Technical support is provided by remote connection or, if the technician deems it necessary, by telephone contact.

SDProget Free Support service is valid for 30 days after purchasing a new license or upgrading an existing license.
