Technical support is provided by remote connection or, if the technician deems it necessary, by telephone contact.

SDProget Free Support service is valid for 30 days after purchasing a new license or upgrading an existing license.

Description of the Free Support Service

The technical support service allows you to get assistance during the installation of the product and for the understanding of the Software commands and interface.

The service cannot be used to obtain support on issues related to:

data input,
the procedures for drafting the project,
to the solution of problems related to the plants design or development.

The service is valid for the following products in all configurations:

SPAC Automazione
SPAC Start Impianti
SPAC Start EasySol
Cabling

How to request the free Support service

Service available from Monday to Friday from 09:00AM to 12:30PM by telephone contact or, if the technician deems it necessary, by remote connection.

Requirements to access free Support

The service available exclusively for the current version of the Software.

Free Assistance

The service is free, valid for 30 days and is combined exclusively with the purchase of a new license or the upgrade of an existing license.

Service provided also after 30 days for customers with a paid Technical Support contract.
