How to request the Telephone Assistance service

The customer must open a ticket by filling out the appropriate form. Attach the file associated to the support request.
The service will be provided by e-mail or, if the technician deems it necessary, by remote connection.

Requests using the form can be sent at any time, and will be processed in arrival order from Monday to Friday from 08:00AM to 12:30PM

Requirements to access the Telephone Technical Support service

The service available exclusively for the current version of the Software. Service reserved for customers with an active Technical Assistance contract.

Telephone Assistance Fees

Service provided after the payment of an annual fee. The maximum duration of the service is 12 months without the need for renewal and expires on December 31st of each year.
